10. Delivery up to 10 business days
    

1. A transaction for purchase of a product may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the details of the transaction, whichever is later, and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of 1981.
   
2.  In the event of cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the aforesaid, the site owner may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
3. Cancellation of the order of a product will be in writing, sent in an email message to the email address irit@irit-tohar.co.il , along with the details of the client, the name of the product, the date of purchase and the purchase order number. Cancellation of the order is contingent upon the user’s returning the purchased product in its original packaging to the address of the website owner. The product must be undamaged and unused. Upon cancellation of the transaction in accordance with the above, the website owner will reimburse the user with the full consideration paid or will cancel his charge, minus the cancellation fee as stated above.
4. The owner of the site, on her part, may cancel an order, in whole or in part, inter alia, insofar as there was an error in advertising the product and / or its price and / or insofar as there is a problem with stock availability. In this case, the user will be notified via the contact information he provided, and the customer will not have any claim and / or dispute in the matter.
5. Products found to be defective will be replaced with similar products, provided that following inspection conducted by the site owner, it is observed that the defect was not due to an act or omission or failure on the part of the user. In the absence of a similar product, the user will be credited with the purchase amount, and will not be entitled to any compensation beyond that.
